We need a full-time copywriter who can turn around complete copy packages based on a client brief and client interview (provided), within 24 hours. You will be working on projects for some of our biggest 8-figure clients, including celebrities, famous brands, gold medalists, elite achievers, etc. and my own brand that sells digital marketing courses and fitness programs.

You will be working on sales funnels (doing around 4-5 a week) which includes the copy for long form sales pages, opt in pages, upsells etc. along with fb ads, emails, etc. Keep in mind, ALL your research is provided so this cuts out a lot of work time for you — all you have to do is study the briefs and apply your copywriting skills to create a high-converting piece.

You will also be doing email automations, email campaigns, copy for FB ads, etc. as needed.

We have 30 full-time employees, we want someone who is in the top 1% and understands HIGH-CONVERTING COPY in the direct response space.

If you’ve not written a copy for FB ads or funnels that have done 6 or 7 figures you can X off here.

This is not your ‘average’ business, we all work very hard, very fast and 10x faster than most. If you aren’t fast and proactive, it likely won’t work out, just being honest up front :slightly_smiling_face:

Full transparency, 9 out of 10 copywriters fail this role due to the fast-paced environment. Your chance of success is slim, but if you are a fit, then the upside is amazing.

–  Can skip between 3-4 clients’ copy in 1 day

– Want to be part of a growth-driven, high energy team vs. picking up projects/assignments

– Know how to capture a client’s voice using basic research/briefs provided

– Can write well and work productively under pressure (many writers can’t, so please be honest. Deadlines can be 48 hours so you must be ready to write every day)

– Have at least 2 years of direct-response copywriting experience (samples REQUIRED)

– Can follow written guidelines and briefs

– Are proactive and can juggle multiple priorities

– Are confident in your ability to write copy that converts (there will be a test phase)

– Are comfortable using Slack and Zoom daily for communication

– Have a minimum of 40-50 hours a week available

– Are willing to do a writing test (approx. 4 to 5 hours – this is paid)

– You need a supervisor/senior copywriter to work with you on every project

– You can’t handle feedback or revisions 

– You would need more than 2 days to write a 2,000-word landing page

– You’re unavailable on weekends

– You don’t know the elements of a sales funnel

Pay:

Work is paid hourly. Full Time starts 5-8k a month depending on experience, proven track record, skills, speed, hours etc. A progression model is in place depending on your performance. 

We require a minimum of 40 hours a week.

WARNING: Do not apply if you have zero marketing and Facebook experience. You MUST have an understanding of how funnels work and how copy brings all the pieces of a funnel together. THERE WILL BE A TEST to gauge your knowledge and skill level — show us what you’ve got!
