We’re looking for a full-time graphic designer who can produce high  quality designs with a fast turnaround. We work with many high profile clients and need a designer with experience working in a fast-paced agency environment. You must have experience in all Adobe Creative software programs and be ready to work on new projects every day!

You will be working for some of our biggest 7-figure clients, celebrities, famous brands, medalists, elite achievers, etc. so the standards are high. 

You will be working mostly on digital designs, including sales pages/landing pages, Facebook ads designs, Instagram graphics, and more. 

Please Note: This is NOT a job for interns or recent grads looking to build experience. 

Projects typically include a complete funnel: Sales page, upsells, downsells, checkout pages, FB ads and sometimes custom emails. Our copy team will provide us with all the funnel copy for these pages and info about client branding (their logo, colors, etc). 

We are looking for someone who can complete one funnel in 48 hrs. We already have designed a concept for these pages, you will just need to follow that concept and design it.

This is for you if you:

– Want to be part of a growth-driven, high energy team vs. picking up projects/assignments

– Can provide high quality designs

– Can work every day and complete one funnel within 48 hrs

– Have at least 3 years of experience as a graphic designer

– Can follow written guidelines and briefs

– Are proactive and can juggle multiple priorities

– Are confident in what you’re doing

– Are comfortable using Slack and Zoom daily for communication

– Have a minimum availability of 30 hours a week

– Are willing to do a design test

This is NOT for you if:

– You need a supervisor/senior designer to work with you on every project

– You can’t handle feedback or revisions 

– You would need more than 2 days to design one funnel

– You’re unavailable on weekends

– You don’t know the elements of a sales funnel

Pay:

Work is paid hourly. Full Time starts at $6-10 per hour, depending on skills, portfolio and experience. A progression model is in place depending on your performance.
