We are actively hiring a team of Inside Sales Representative  to join our Agency full-time meeting with our inbound client leads guiding them through the discovery process ensuring they are guided into the most appropriate program to optimize their results!


YOUR SUCCESS

The Inside Sales Representative must be well versed in digital media, funnels, ad campaigns, and understand what it really means to be an entrepreneur. 

Success will be especially easy for you if you’re naturally inquisitive, a great conversationalist, positively persuasive, take initiative, act with urgency, are as reliable as you are creative, detail-oriented, and consider completing projects and tasks ahead of schedule as a bit of a superpower for you. 

While this is a business development role, your expertise in Digital Marketing is what matters most.  Our clients come to us for our experience, results, and integrity.  We will provide you with the training, coaching, guidance, and support (and leads!) to turn your Digital Marketing experience and desire to help small businesses succeed into quality conversations that will convert into our consulting and agency service offerings. Inside Sales Representative 

A DAY IN THE LIFE IN THIS POSITION

Consultation Expectations

    • You will be responsible for completing 6-8+ zoom consultations per day, 5 days per week helping existing and new clients make the best decisions for advancing their business.  
    • Each consultation is scheduled for 30 minutes and depending on the conversation can go up to an hour.  
    • Consultations are automatically populated on your calendar an average of 3-5 days in advance.
    • At the end of each consultation, you will complete a consultation summary; an imperative step for our team to adjust lead management as quickly as possible. 

Professional Development + Company Expectations

    • You will be led by our in-house Head of Sales who will work with you to ensure your consultation quality is exceeding standards. 
    • Proactively provide updates on client trends, objections, funnel feedback, engagement, and other ways to achieve results as a value-added resource to the company and our clients. 
    • As the virtual face of our brand, we will provide you with branded shirts, or you can wear your own professional attire so long it adheres to our brand colors of red, white, and black.

POSITION LOGISTICS 

This position is full-time out of our Clearwater, Florida office.

In addition to providing all leads, we include base pay plus healthy commissions. 

Your first sales goal is to reach $100K per month in closed business within the first 3 months.

After that, you should expect to close $150K+ with the sky as the limit.
