Mawer Capital is looking for a part-time merger and acquisitions specialist to play a vital role with our partnerships that could eventually lead to a full time high progression role.

 

We run at top speed and need someone who can keep up with our  7-figure self made business owner!

 

We need a rockstar A-player who can help set up deals with potential million dollar business partners, work directly with Rudy and our attorneys, and handle some finance responsibilities.

 

You will also be working with true formation, valuation, insurance, and legal contracts, as well as setting up bank accounts and registering entities with the state.

 

Attention to detail is a MUST in this position since you will be reviewing contracts and working directly with potential business partners / biz owners to get vital information for partnerships

 

We are counting on you to make sure these deals get done and set up properly on paper!

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our attorneys to handle the legal operation side of formations and partnerships
  • Work directly with the potential business partners to get all information needed for the partnership
  • Get all information needed and submitted to do a valuation through Carta
  • Submit valuations to accounting
  • Help set up bank accounts
  • Register new entities on Sun Biz
  • Get basic insurances set up
  • Manage, file & organize all documents throughout the process

We are looking for someone part time approximately 10-15 hours a week to start, with the opportunity to become full time. This role will start off hybrid with at least 1 day in office. Upon transitioning to a full time role, full time in office is required.
