Now, Let’s Dive Into The Job… We are looking to recruit a head of project operations. This is a rapidly changing, influential position covering multiple aspects of the business and lots of departments. A can do position where you will be responsible for holding people HIGHLY ACCOUNTABLE and managing 100s of moving parts! (If you can’t manage 100s of moving parts, a little chaos and extreme military style discipline, drive, ownership and speed stop here…) We have 70 staff globally, and are trying to build our team further. You must have a “military style” discipline.

We are VERY DIRECT, we tell people when they are wrong, we ask why a mistake was made, and we do not HIDE. If you do not like blunt hard questions and practice extreme ownership and can’t hold your team to SERIOUS LEVEL of accountability do not apply.

The Role covers the following responsibilities:

Support the CEO on all big daily tasks for the business Implement and action daily plans as instructed by CEO and check DAILY

Support on multiple multi task projects following through on completion and quality of execution

Managing all team Provide reporting to the team as needed, via preferred system and reporting software.

Hold team members to EXTREME levels of accountability.

Assisting HR & management with recruiting and interviews.

Prepare weekly presentations on all your departments and KPIS Do a daily summary for Rudy and all other staff on your departments

Have your hands in all areas of the business, not letting areas or people slip.

Holding people to the highest standards that Rudy demands.

The position is full time daily EST and will include some weekends to support live events. (Office is 9-5 but some staff work a couple of hours at home each night also.

Our exec team usually puts in around 50-60hr a week). Also you will be expected to keep an eye on bits at weekends, hop in the odd call if needed during the evening and at weekends. We generally keep an eye on Slack (our chat software) most days, and at weekends most people do a couple of hours Saturday and checking maybe once or twice on Sunday – money never sleeps.
