We have a lot of high level clients, such as Billion $ brands, some of the Sharks from the TV SHOW Shark Tank, and Celebs.

We have around 8 full time sales reps taking 40-50 calls per day. A key part of this role includes:
– Managing all the reps
- Hiring new reps
- Maintaining performance of current reps
- Improving close rate and revenue per call of all reps
- Doing daily/weekly supports
- Running sales operations
The perfect person is a BORN LEADER and a BORN SALES EXPERT, you must be able to run operations, spreadsheets, reports, manage emotions, keep a hungry sales team happy, but also hold them accountable and make them world class.
Sales Call Expectations
You will be expected to do a few calls yourself per day to keep “fresh” and in the trenches. The run down of these calls is the same for all reps.
- You will be responsible for completing 2-3+ zoom consultations per day (all other reps do 7-8), 5 days per week helping existing and new clients make the best decisions for advancing their business.
- Each consultation is scheduled for 45 minutes and depending on the conversation can go up to an hour.
- At the end of each consultation, you will complete a consultation summary; an imperative step for our team to adjust lead management as quickly as possible.
- The idea of the call is to upsell clients from a low ticket $97 offer to a high ticket $5000 to $50,000
- Right now, our team sells around 15% of people into the higher ticket. Our goal is to get this up to 20-25%.

This position is full-time out of our Clearwater, Florida office.
In addition to providing all leads, we include base pay plus healthy % commissions over all reps revenue generated above the last 3 months baseline.
Your first sales goal is to close a few of your own calls, learn the company, culture and offer in 30 days.

- Manage and conduct two to four sales calls dailyPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annually reports to the executive team covering all KPI’s and performance inclusive of recommendations and areas for development
- Lead weekly team and individual sales trainings
- Work collaboratively across internal teams - Fulfillment, and Marketing Audit and monitor sales pipelines through CRM and Sales systems, inclusive of Pipedrive, Keap (IFS), and KixieReview and audit sales systems / processes monthly, looking to optimize systems for greatest productivity
- Provide training and coaching to Mawer Capital clients participating in varying programs
Skills and Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications
- 7 years of relevant sales experience including High Ticket Sales management and a track record of exceeding quota
- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Strong leadership and team building skills
Pay/Comp
Pay/Comp
- Full time in office 9-5 Monday to Friday
- Check Ins at weekends may be required like any management position
- You will be provided a base pay of $3000
- You will earn 10% commission on your own sales closes (should equal 3000$+ more per month)
- You will get a % override on all new revenue generated by the reps and team over current baseline that can add a further $5000 to $20,000 per month.
- In total, after onboarding and the first 2-3 months, we would expect this individual to make $150,000 to $200,000 per year.
